Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how Nouman Sadiq ("we", "us"), operating as noumansadiq.com, handles personal data collected through this site, pay.noumansadiq.com, and any system we deliver or host on behalf of a client.

We collect the minimum data required to operate the service. Specifically:

• Contact details you provide. Name, email address, phone number, and any message content you send us via email, WhatsApp, or web form.
• Site assistant conversations. The assistant in the corner of each page answers from published material on this site and sends nothing anywhere on its own. What you type stays in your own browser for that visit only. It leaves your browser only if you choose to hand the conversation to a person, in which case the transcript and the email address you give are sent to info@noumansadiq.com so a reply can be written. Nothing you type there is used for advertising or profiling.
• Deposit and payment data. When you pay a deposit or invoice, Paddle.com Inc. or Paddle Payments Ltd. acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, billing address, email, and payment card details directly from you. We do not see or store payment card numbers. We receive a summary of paid transactions (client name if provided, email, transaction id, amount, currency).
• Website analytics. We may use privacy-first analytics (such as Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our infrastructure) that record page views, referring sites, country, and browser type. This data does not identify individuals and does not use cookies.
• System build data (client projects). During a project, we handle whatever business data the client provides to build and test the system. Ownership of that data remains with the client at all times.

We use the personal data described above only for the following purposes:

• To respond to enquiries and quote requests.
• To take deposits, schedule work, and issue invoices for agreed projects.
• To deliver, host, and maintain systems for clients.
• To operate internal alerts (WhatsApp and Discord notifications when a deposit is paid or a support event needs attention).
• To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or unsolicited outreach.

• Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle Payments Ltd. — Merchant of Record for all payments. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Hostinger, Coolify infrastructure providers. Web and application hosting.
• CallMeBot / WhatsApp. Internal deposit-paid alerts routed to our own phone number only.
• Discord (webhook). Internal deposit-paid alerts routed to our own private server only.
• Google Search Console. Aggregate, non-personal search query data for this site.

Each processor is bound by their own terms and, where applicable, data processing agreements. Client business data handled during a build stays under our direct control and is never routed through a third-party processor for analytics or marketing purposes.

Contact and quote data: retained while a business relationship is active and for up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Financial and transaction records: retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 6 years). Client project data on hosted systems: retained for the duration of the hosting subscription; after termination, we export a copy for the client and delete our hosted copy within 30 days unless a longer retention is requested in writing.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.
• Portability of data you provided directly to us.
• Objection to specific processing activities.
• The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@noumansadiq.com. We respond within 30 days.

noumansadiq.com and pay.noumansadiq.com do not use tracking cookies of our own. Paddle's embedded checkout may set its own operational cookies necessary to process a payment; see Paddle's Privacy Policy for details.

When you contact us or pay a deposit, personal data is stored and processed on infrastructure located in Europe (Hetzner / Contabo) and, for payments, North America (Paddle, our merchant of record). Depending on where you live, this may mean your personal data is processed outside your own country; where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed in section 4.

We update this notice when practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are communicated by email to affected clients.
