App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile apps published by Toofani LLC ("we", "us") on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Contact for privacy questions or requests: info@noumansadiq.com, or Toofani LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #6302, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

Our apps work without an account. What you enter (answers, saved jobs, notes, settings, progress) is stored on your device. We do not see it. If an app uses on-device intelligence (for example reading a photo you choose), that processing happens on your phone.

• Purchases. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card. We use RevenueCat to confirm which subscription or purchase you have. It receives a random app user ID and the store's purchase record, not your name or card.
• Ads (free versions only). Free versions may show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow it (Apple's tracking prompt, or the consent form where the law requires one). If you say no, you see non-personalised ads. Paid versions show no ads.
• App health. Crash reports and basic usage events (for example "quiz finished") help us fix bugs and improve the app. They carry a random install ID, never your name, email or content.
• Optional features. If an app offers backup, sync or an account, it says so before you turn it on, and the data is stored on servers we operate. This section will list each such feature before it ships.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; our apps are not directed to children.

• Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device.
• You can change tracking and ad choices in your phone's settings at any time.
• To delete any data held on our servers (for example a backup or an account, where an app offers one), use the in-app delete option or email info@noumansadiq.com. We act within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for any material change, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
