Email info@noumansadiq.com with the app name, your phone model and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Restore a purchase
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Cancel a subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play's order history. If something in the app did not work as described, email us too and we will help.
Found a wrong answer or a bug?
Every exam question in our apps can be reported from the question screen. You can also email us. We check reports and fix confirmed errors in the next update.
